01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tripilidoo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using Tripilidoo, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under Israeli law.

03Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or Israeli law.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, defamatory, or offensive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the Service without our written permission.
• Misuse the AI assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

05Subscriptions & Payments

• Tripilidoo offers free and paid subscription tiers ("Pro" and "Family").
• Paid subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed through those platforms, subject to their respective terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
• Prices are stated inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable under Israeli law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, with reasonable advance notice.

06Consumer Rights & Cancellation

If you are a consumer, your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 apply, including the right to cancel certain transactions within the period prescribed by law. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store, which provide the mechanism for exercising these rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right you have under Israeli law.

07Bookings & Travel Partners

Tripilidoo provides recommendations and links to third-party travel providers, including hotels, flights, and activities through partners such as Booking.com and others.

• Tripilidoo is not the seller or provider of any travel service. We act as an intermediary that surfaces options and provides links.
• All bookings are made directly with the third-party provider and are subject to that provider's terms, pricing, and cancellation policies.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of partner listings, availability, pricing, or the quality of any travel service.
• We may earn affiliate commissions on qualifying bookings, at no extra cost to you.
• Any dispute regarding a booking must be resolved directly with the travel provider.

08AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate trip suggestions, rankings, and assistant responses. AI-generated content:

• May contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Should be independently verified before you make travel or booking decisions.
• Is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of accuracy or suitability.

Always confirm critical details such as prices, opening hours, visa requirements, and availability with official sources.

09Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Tripilidoo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, displaying photos to your trip group). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

10Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Tripilidoo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Israeli Copyright Law, 5768-2007. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

11Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, Tripilidoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from any travel booking made through a partner. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Israeli law.

13Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for other reasonable cause. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. The competent courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
